One of the reasons for our success is our concern about customer satisfaction. We started sending out questionnaires because we wanted people to let us know if we were doing anything wrong, but they all came back glowing about how marvelous we are so we must be doing it right! This is an example of our questionnaire. You are welcome to see a selection on request, all writing is done by genuine customers (we don't make them up ourselves, honestly!).
